1932-1940 "Ruby Red Moondrops" decanter (without stopper) by New Martinsville Glass. Glass contains cadmium which fluoresces when under black light. Works well as a floral bud vase. Small chip on the edge of the foot (see photos). No other defects. Measures 7 1/8" tall x 3 1/2" wide (at widest point)
