BURLE TC3990 Time Lapse Professional VCR Security Video Recorder (CHECK DESC)

In pretty good condition from what I can tell. It has sticker residue and some dust, and some marks. I turned it on and it lit up, I also tried a tape and it played, rewound, and fast forward. But I dont know if it shows a picture or sound because it uses cables that I don't own nor have a TV its compatible with. Its a professional VCR that would have been used in CCTV or other systems but it can be used as a normal VCR. I have described it as accurately as possible. See pictures.
